Refund Policy

Lex Library Premium, sold by Alie Bundu Conteh, comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date — no reason needed.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email you paid with, or reply to your payment receipt email.

Cancelling

You can cancel Premium at any time. Cancelling stops future payments; you keep Premium until the end of the month you've already paid for.

Refunds are also handled under Paddle's refund policy.
